The world is changing, the world is ever-moving, complex and global.

We live in an increasingly digital world, governed by billions of items of data. It is an uncertain world, with an estimated 70% of the trades of the future not yet in existance.

Our societal responsibility as a School of Management is to train the key players who will make the world of tomorrow, to teach them to be agile, to shake up codes, to be entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, to adapt in a multicultural context. High-level leaders are more than ever expected to have the best managerial skills but also to be open-minded, to listen to others, open to the world, able to decode the world around them and anticipate new trends.

To meet these new expectations, education needs to evolve. Training should be more than theoretical. That’s why at BSB we have chosen to orient our courses towards a “Do and Learn” method: Learn to do, undo, experiment, make mistakes, start over…

We believe in experiential learning and multidisciplinarity. Our courses are based on real cases and therefore deal with transversal and global issues. It is also this reality-based approach that leads us to make no choice between business and ethics. We combine both as we are convinced that social responsibility must be at the heart of all learning aimed at developing sustainable models.

We are also convinced that it is essential for the leaders of tomorrow to understand the influence of digital and new technologies on the evolution of business. Therefore, understanding and using these tools are important aspects of the learning path of the responsible managers trained at BSB.

To support you as we intend, we have opted for proximity. At BSB, no classes in lecture halls. Classes take place in classrooms, face to face, with 1 teacher for 40 students max and E-learning is only used for extras or specific situations.
